We offer small batch, hand crafted meads and spirits made from honey. The mead we make is honey wine with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. It is natural, gluten free, and has no added sulfites.

It's our goal to always support local beekeepers and farmers, using as many local honeys and fruits as possible.

Lost Viking Distillery

We produce a full line of spirits on site. To make spirits we take a traditional mead and distill it, meaning that everything we do is made with honey. All our spirits are available in our tasting room and are highlighted in each cocktail we make.
